NVC Dance Floor Workshop A 3-Day International Training
Discover the NVC Dance Floors, a unique, embodied way to learn, practice, and integrate Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Using large cards laid out on the floor, the Dance Floors turn complex NVC processes into clear, step-by-step practices.
This workshop will help you to:
– connect deeply with yourself
– express yourself honestly
– respond to others with clarity and empathy.
Workshop Highlights
Embodied learning — engage your body, emotions, and mind as you learn NVC process.
Step-by-step guidance — understand and practice the 13 key NVC steps in a tangible, visual format.
Role-playing made easier — practice real-life conversations in a safe, structured space.
Integration and connection — explore self-empathy, transform judgments, and strengthen relational skills.
Support for all learning styles — visual, kinesthetic, experiential, and verbal learners all benefit.
